I have seen on some occasions a message on my xbox360 a message indicating a network issue. Sometimes an OK will go back to streaming and other times it will slow down video and audio for awhile and then
pickup again. I have searched several forums and could not find anything except a suggestion to lower the speed of my network card which is what I did but I did still encounter this message.
i dont get it often but it is annoying when it happens.
I have an AMD 8120 cpu with 16GB memory and several TB drives. Also have 2 Intel PCI-X Gigabit NICS and and Infinity PCI-X card. My xbox's and HTPC are hardwired through a Netgear switch, so no wireless connections.
Originally the Intel nics were set to 1Gbps but is now 100 full. I have not seen it on the other extenders but it could well be because we use the one exhibiting this message every day. I also have not ruled out a bad network drop
but this same cable was used before when I had Tivo and Roku.
Any suggestions?
