Straight up bought it without even looking (for wp7) and haven't had chance to give it a run out yet....

Not yet, we are working on it for general availability of W8.

follow up...

is there plans for an app in the Windows PHONE 8 store?

I'm looking very closely at the Lumia 920, but I'll hold off until the Ceton app is out.

I think you'll find all wp7 apps will work on wp8 not necessarily vice versa tho...

Oh, that is good news. That also makes me happy that I will not have a completely empty app store day one. :P

For WP8 we will do a full evaluation to ensure everything is 100% compatible once we can get out hands on a unit and the emulator as well. I am assuming the backwards compatibility will be just fine, and we will also examine the new features of wp8 as well..

As for Windows 8 & Media Center we are working on getting all of products compatible with it as WMC wasn't included in the RTM and wasn't "officially" available until today we want to ensure that everything is 100% compatible and working properly for any changes that they might have made.

Will you be making a companion app for windows 8 RT? Support for the surface would be great.

We are working on it, sadly we didn't get the final Media Center package any sooner than public release yesterday so we have some changes left. It should be available as a beta soon.

I upgraded to Windows 8 and so far so good except for any program like Ceton Companion, Remote Potato and Playon don't work with it yet. I really look forward to using
the Ceton Companion with Windows 8 and for it to one day allowing streaming of recording TV to my Android app.

I understand that work is being done on Windows 8 support for the InfiniTV. Is there a tentative ETA on a beta driver?

I was (politely) wondering if there has been any updates?
In the meantime I will continue checking this thread daily.

Thank you for your great product!
