Guide not populated

#1

Post by poissony » Sat Oct 06, 2012 7:35 pm

Using Ceton android app with latest Ceton companion services installed on Windows 7 32 bit I used to see the EPG when selecting the guide. Now I just see the channel numbers. I can see EPG data by selecting a channel and all the guide data for that channel is available. When I search I get results from the EPG so the guide data is available it is just no longer displayed in the guide view.

Are you able to try this for me. Go into settings->advanced-> and check "clear cache". Force stop the app and then restart it. This will re-query the channels. Let me know if this clears it up.

I had this happen on the WP version for me as well.. clearing the cache fixed it though.

Awesome :) I am glad that fixed it up. We also automatically refresh the channels every 2 weeks.

I am having the same problem; the guide does not populate while the individual channels show program information. WP7 and 64-bit ultimate on two different machines. OTA ATSC only. Refreshing the cache and forcing the app to stop has not been successful as a fix.

exact same issue as Radar -- WP7 and Win7 64-bit and only OTA ATSC. Clearing cache didnt fix.
update: there was a new version released to the WP Marketplace a few days ago, but my phone was refusing to update. Finally was able to uninstall, reboot phone, then go to the store on the web and have it send the version to my phone. Don't know why I had to try a few times to get the new version (it kept wanting to reinstall a 1.1 version instead of a 1.2 version that it said it was)
Anyways, that fixed all the issues I was having.
