[Android] Can't connect to PC

Awesome yeah sometimes on devices it doesn't set the time correctly and sometimes I dont' even notice.

It was strange when I found the option. My only option for eastern timezone was gmt-4:00. I've always used gmt-05:00

Technically, GMT is GMT all year round, so EDT (the Eastern Time Zone during Daylight Saving) is GMT-4:00
