I have a Windows 7 HTPC and two newer Xbox 360 extenders.
My HTPC has ESPN in HD, but neither of my extenders have the channel in the guide. I'm able to record (Monday Night Football) on my HTPC, and watch the recorded show on the extender just fine - it just doesn't show up in the guide at all on either extender.

I was going to delete this post, but I figured I'd just reply in case it helps someone else...
The channel was missing from my guide, but if I went to "Live TV" and manually typed in the channel number, it worked. It also added it back into my guide.
Weird, but working now.
