Cannot submit diagnostics through support ticket

ive been troubleshooting an issue for.... 18 months now (no luck yet... anyways) ive lost my ability to send in diagnostics thru the ceton support site. i can post replies but once i attach a file and send it, it uploads which takes a minute or 2, then erases my messages and reports back that "one of the required fields is empty" and will not send my diagnostic. anyone else getting this?

No haven't seen that happen, but have you seen the new beta driver? It has a new diagnostic utility.

I did get that recently and have found it to be an improvement. I am generating the diagnostics fine just had issues on the website. They gave me an alternate way to send them in, I was just curious if its just me
