Thanks for the link. Glad I avoided the big mistakes when I built mine last year. The only one that I don't necessarily agree with is "8. Not using the latest drivers". In the case of the nVidia GT-430, you don't necessarily want to use the latest drivers.

My biggest mistake was buying new parts for an old motherboard. When that didn't work I had to replace the board to fit the new parts. Costs more to build this way. Would have been more economical to start fresh.

My next one will start with the case. I like the look of the Thermaltake and Moneual http://xsearch.xoxide.com/?keywords=htp ... 4&x=52&y=8
