IPMI Motherboard?
Does anyone who whom else besides Supermicro uses IPMI? I am looking at building a new MTPC but I want to run a Micro ATX board with an i3 (socket 1155) CPU but also use the built in video via HDMI. Supermicro has a nice Micro ATX board with IPMI but it doesn't have HDMI out.

I believe at least some of the Intel boards support hardware-level VNC, which I suspect is where you are going with this
