Repair the .NET 4.8 program. There is no repair for EPG123 because there is nothing to repair.

I attempted the option to repair.NET 4.8 to original state. I got an error : .NET framework 4.8 has failed. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly...

Take this for what it is worth since I have no idea what condition your OS is in. I would suggest uninstalling .NET 4.8, reboot, and reinstalling. See if that fixes your .NET issue.

Progress made.... I turned off WMC under Programs and Features then restarted computer. Then I went back to Programs and Features and Turned WMC back on. .NET 4.8 was already on my system as stated earlier so I did not bother to overwrite it. I was then able to successfully install EPG123 ver 1.8.2.7 . Guide data was there. All good because I received a msg that my Schedules Direct expires at the end of Dec. I will be renewing now that I am back up. I had to reconfigure extenders. No prob. Wife is happy because TV is running in the office. I have one perplexing issue. When I pull up WMC on my HTPC, I will get TV for 5 seconds then get a blue screen with "video driver error", TV goes away. When I minimize the screen, then max it back out, video (TV) pops back on. ??? Never had this happen befor. Any ideas on what this issue is? Thanks to all for helping me .

Sounds like an HDCP issue. This can be the result of a loose HDMI cable, or some other issue with the connection, like a failing HDMI cable or HDMI port.

You might also try reinstalling both your video and sound drivers
