Problem Re-Installing EPG123

Hi, I saw a Windows MCE error, and found that my guide data has disappeared.

I tried doing a Update guide now, but still no guide data, so I downloaded and installed the latest epg123 program (1.8.2.2). I only checked:
EPG123 for Schedules Direct
Notification Tray Tool

And Launched "EPG123" and "EPG123 Client" (hope these are the correct options).

I went through Step 2 fine ("setting up the TV Signal").

I had a problem with the Config GUI. There were no channels shown. So I could not complete "Save & Execute".

I got an error:
FAILED_TOKEN: Failed to get new token. Review the local server log file for SD Response details.

When I closed the GUI, I got an error message:
"There was an error using EPG123 to create the MXF FIle.

Now, in the EPG123 COnfig GUI, I could not login using my userid/password. I am getting this error message:
FAILED_TOKEN: Failed to get new token. Review the local server log file for SD Response details.


I could login to EPG123 via the website. I saw a message and added an SD-DD lineup.

But still unable to complete the install.

How should I fix the install issue? (Sorry, I am not familiar with the setup and would appreciate your guidance). Thanks.

I downloaded and installed 1.8.2.4, but unable to use the Config GUI to login to Schedules Direct. I am getting the error:

"FAILED_TOKEN: Failed to get new token. Review the local server log file for SD Response details."

I could use the same account credentials to login the web SD account site:
https://schedulesdirect.org/account

Bad timing on your part. SD server is having problems at the moment. That banner would have been on the SD website when you went to log in there.

There's nothing you can do until SD resolves the issue.
