No EPG Scheduled Data - Error:

Hi,

My windows 7 MCE was missing scheduled program data today.

I downloaded latest 1.7.3.3 EPG123, and installed it. But still not seeing scheduled data.

I deleted the Scheduler task, and recreated it a few minutes ago (15:22pm). The log shows the following error message (and scheduled data was not downloaded):

Please kindly advise how to resolve this issue.

This happens sometimes when you are downloading data while SD is updating their database from upstream. The schedule listings identify a program with MD5 hash of XXXXXXXXX, you don't have it cached EPG123 requests that program but it receives the program with an MD5 hash of YYYYYYYY and you already have YYYYYYYY cached. The exception is trying to add an entry in the cache that you already have.

This typically clears itself on the next update, or if it continues all you need to do is clear your cache and redownload everything.

Thanks Gary..I used EPG123 program to clear the cache, un-installed EPG123/reboot, and re-installed EPG123, and saw an error message when I tried to exit "EPG123 Client":

"It does not appear any EPG123 lineup service guide listings (right side) are associated with any guide channels (left side). You can manually "Subscribe" listings to channels or you can use the automated match by: [#Number] button.

Do you still wish to exit the Client Guide Tool?"

I clicked the <Match by> <Number> option in "EPG123 Client", Rescehduled the task, and could now see the scheduled data.
