Here I am in England, North East Region, My Local Transmitter Pontop Pike if that helps.
I am using an Hauppauge WinTV solo HD USB tuner stick.
All has been ok happy for a couple of years.
This last week has been hell for me.
My Windows 7 PC has had a problem.
The EPG program guide would'nt download or update the program listings.
So upto now I have managed to get it working in a fashion
The listings are there but not in their Numerical order for instance Channel 3 is now
in between Channel 51 and 35.
How can I reload the EPG into a numerical order...

It's not clear what you are asking, are you asking about the order in the EPG123 app or the order in the WMC program guide?
In WMC, you can have the program guide sorted in two ways, by numeric channel number ("sort by number") or alphabetically by station name ("sort by name"). You might have changed it to "sort by name" ("sort by number" is the default sort order).
It can be changed by right clicking on the channel name/number in the guide and selecting the option in the menu. With a remote, you highlight the channel name/number of one of the channels and use the "i" (info) button to get to the menu. With just the keyboard, you highlight the channel name/number and press ctrl-D to get the menu.
