Errors on update for last 2 weeks

Since about Oct 1 my daily SD updates have been failing. I am down to about 10 days of guide information. I have updated to the latest EPG123 software but it doesn't seem to help. I get 2 error messages each time it attempts an update. Any ideas on how to fix this? Here is a capture from the log file for the last 2 days.

You had some changes in your lineup. Open the configuration gui and click [Save & Execute].

Before "fixing" this, make sure these networks really were removed from your lineup:

EPG123 will not load the update to your guide if there are too many channels/stations removed from your lineup as a failsafe measure. This is in case there was a mistake made and those stations should really not have been removed.

After you have verified that these networks really were removed from your lineup, then you can do what Gary indicated, just click on the "Save & Execute" button and that will indicate to EPG123 that you agree with the changes to the lineup, and those channels can be removed. Note that if you have any scheduled recordings for any of these networks, they will no longer record.
