Can not get it to work after several downloads because epg123 screen is grayed out

My laptop crashed did a new install of win 7 and downloaded epg123 signed in.
Before it crashed epg123 worked fine for 2 years ,easy install never had the following problem
Can not get it to work after several downloads because epg123 screen is grayed out on the account logn in page on the right side where the chanel listing are.
Help what am I doing wrong?
How to get it to work?

If you opened the configuration GUI and clicked [Save & Execute], you would have gotten this message:

If you view the log file, you will see this message:

... and if you look at the website, you will see this in the install procedure:

So you just need to INCLUDE your lineup to be included in the downloading of guide data (and select the stations you want of course).

It is EPG123. The GUI you login to Schedules Direct with and select what lineups and channels to download.
