SD Not Updating Guide
After epg123 runs I usually have 17 days of guide data. For the last 4 days no new guide data has been added. I am now down to 13 days of guide data on both of my lineups which end at 5:00 PM on May 6th. Epg123 is running without errors. Trace log looks normal. Can anyone else confirm this with their lineup(s). In case this issue is just mine I have opened a ticket with SD.

I predict that Gary will want to see your trace.log. Look for any line in that file containing WARNG or ERROR.
Also make sure there are entries in the log for both "epg123 update execution" (generates the MXF file) and "epg123 client execution" (loads the generated MXF file in to WMC).

Received a response from Robert at SD. He is going to open a ticket with his upstream regarding this issue.

Noticed the same issue. EPG completes, no errors in log file, but now down to 14 days guide data from SD (typically is 17 days).

Same here. A few days less than usual in the guide. No errors in the log.

I also opened a ticket. I got this response this morning from Robert:
We're switching to a different Gracenote data source is which supplied with an Apache Kafka stream instead of our existing bulk load method. I will check with them to see what they say about the difference in the amount of data.

I wonder if this means they will be (or are) getting more frequent updates from Gracenote (instead of the 1 or 2? daily bulk updates they have been getting).sunnyevw wrote: ↑Mon Apr 25, 2022 4:43 pm I also opened a ticket. I got this response this morning from Robert:

I'm also seeing the reduction in the number of total days of guide data (have been distracted by configuring a whole new WMC system due to motherboard failure, so didn't notice until now...)
I am also seeing timeouts in the log, not sure why...
