WMC guide says No data available

My WMC with epg123 has worked great for a couple of years, but due to a problem with the cable provider, I had to re-run the TV setup. After this, the guide will not show any data. We have two PCs, and this has happened to both. Some setting has changed somewhere, but I don't have a clue how to find it. Any ideas how to fix this?

I don't know if this means anything, but the EPG icon is showing in the bottom right corner of the WMC opening screen, with the current date. It disappears when the mouse hovers over the window.

WMC with windows 7 with Silicon Dust HDHomeRun - 3 tuner box.

I stumbled into the solution. When I opened the EPG123 client guide tool, and then tried to exit, it prompted me something about no channels matching, and to do the "Match by #". I did this and things are now magically working.

Many thanks to anyone who started to address this problem and I hope this helps anyone who has the problem.
