Full Screen for Wmp

Normally back in the day when I was on windows 7 when I used Wmc normally in the settings I could choose my display type and when I select my built in display and select widescreen any video I have that's not full screen on windows media player would randomly become full screen however now that I am on Windows 10 for some reason that doesn't work anymore. Is there anyway I could fix this problem?
