Missing Channel

#1

Post by Mcdev » Sat Mar 07, 2020 10:07 pm

Hi. First, love the guide/program. It's worked flawlessly since I switched over in January. That being said, I'm missing one channel. Details:

Comcast digital cable, zip code 94037
201 KRCBDT2 (KRCB-DT2) or
1158 KRCBDT2 (KRCB-DT2)

When I add them to my WMC guide manually the schedule isn't shown, and when EPG updates, it's deletes the channel from my lineup.

You need to assign listings to the channel in the client tool (match the channel to the guide listing).

Those stations are currently not part of the lineup from Gracenote/SD. Submit a ticket to Schedules Direct to have them added.

If you want to enable the channels, without listings, then you will need to change your scheduled task to not perform the 'Automatch' / 'Automatically match...' option. When the automatch routine runs, it will disable any channel that has no guide listings assigned.

I don't use automatch because there are more than 4500 channels in my guide (I receive three satellites) and quite a lot of them don't have listings from *anywhere* but that doesn't mean I don't want to watch them.

Would it be possible to make the 'disable if no listings' feature a selectable option?
