Ceton My Media Center

I just completed my installation of epg123. I am pretty sure I completed the installation correctly. I have working program guide in WMC, and my Scheduled recordings populated after a while.

However, my Ceton My Media Center app for Android now has no data, no Channels, No Guide, No Scheduled Recordings & No Recorded Shows.

Any ideas, why the data is now no longer populating from WMC to My Media Center app?

You're going to have to clear the cache in the app to refresh with the new database.

I think you will be pleased how well it looks in MMC.

I just cleared both cache & app data on the Android App & still nothing ? Are you referring to the Android Client app or the windows pc server program ?

If the pc program...I am not sure where I go to delete the cache !

The android app. I can't remember if there is something needed on the server program. I don't have it installed anymore, but can pretty quickly. Maybe just a server restart?

Maybe I will uninstall & reinstall the program on the pc ?

Also the default for # of days of program guide SD was 14 days . Do you know if you can go out further and get guide day for 21 days ( USA- Spectrum Cable Card)?

"Prior to epg123, I used My Channel Logos to populate logos in my guide. According to the epg123 install guide it mentions downloading channel logos? So is My Channel Logos no longer needed with epg123? Does epg123 replicate the functionality of My Channel Logos or does it require my channel logos to be installed to still get the logos?

The maximum number of days from Schedules Direct is at 17 days from what I've seen. Used to be 21, but cutting back to 17 was probably for the best. I will answer in the other post, but basically Schedules Direct supplies some pretty good logos for us that I crop and make look good. More detail in other post soon.

Thanks for the prompt replies. Both you & epg123 are amazing. I just uninstalled my media center & reinstalled on the pc and now the data is pulling into the Android app.

Also the biggest improvement so far other than having guide data past tonight is the load time to open the guide in MCE! After MSFT switched from. Zap2it to Rovi...the guide could take somwtime take from 5min upto 10 min to load. Now the guide is almost instant!
