The EPG seems to be missing some artwork...the kind that goes over by the channel numbers....

Other than that, I like it! Excellent work!

Heck no.. Love what you guys have come up with!! Is there a way to integrate MCL into the guide? It would be nice to have some logos in there!! You guys have done AWESOME! I am very impressed! Going to have to get an echo for the daughters room once they are out.. :D
Have you read the comments over at Engadget?
And I quote a poster at Engadget...
"Uchendu Nwachuku2"
"After looking at the video... holy crap. TiVo should be pissing their pants right about now. ( ) If this is priced anywhere near or below $500 and backed with strong branding and promotion, it will FLY off shelves.

Ceton really needs to get the branding for this correct. That is what will make or break this device. TiVo survives almost entirely on its brand at this point. Ceton has no mainstream brand to speak of, so now is the right time for them to cultivate one. "

To brand it properly, the words "computer", "PC", "Windows", and anything else that refers to Microsoft or a computer should be completely removed. Brand it as a DVR. Ceton, SD, and Hauppauge all have the HTPC crowd sucked in, it's time to start reeling in the mainstream.

Any chance of selling those in the UK with DVB-T2 or DVB-S2 tuners? :D

Lol... for a second there I thought you were quoting the article, and not your own prediction when you said that WMC was removed from W8... don't scare me like that!

I guess that is good news for media center, if Microsoft is shying away from making individual agreements with media companies. That just seems like a very cumbersome and daunting task, imo.
Microsoft should focus on what they did best: Windows Media Center. They have still not been surpassed in terms of functionality, and just need to do a better job of integrating internet tv services, like other streaming things do.

It doesn't take a genius to figure out you aren't going to beat the content provider at its own game....
