So why not...

Any cool, neat gadgets you're hoping for this 25th?
They don't have to be HTPC related.

I'm considering the Jawbone Up although there's a lot of comments the thing breaks...

[edit 8th Dec - Well it really does break... a lot!!! so its dropped off my list...]

I'm trying to decide on a good bluetooth headset for a couple of mobile phones. I've made too many impulse buys and would love to find a good one that's clear, comfortable, etc.

The only piece of tech in any shape or form I need or want this year is a low profile nVidia card for the HTPC.

Oddly enough. Nothing. Not much that excites me out in the market place at this point.

Already bought myself a present. HTC Rezound. Root would be a great Christmas present. I think the wife bought me a Kindle Fire. That would be cool.

I got a kindle fire which happily plays all my media via Tversity pro and I can watch TV via DVBlink on it without any rooting etc.

Well take me off this list. Scored a few extra bucks playing poker at the casino; picked up a EVGA Geforce 210. And apparently EVGA Precision now supports GPU Voltage so I can undervolt/underclock to a suitable performance. There's literally nothing I need or want now :D
