Quick question. I am planning on getting a cable card device for my main PC with the intent to view all content on my 360 Extender.
My PC has passed the Digital Cable advisor and my Video card seems to be HDCP compliant, however my display does not support HDCP.
If I only intend on viewing on the XBox, do I need to worry about this?
If it is an issue, is my only workaround to get a new monitor?

If you are only watching TV on an extender (like the Xbox) than it does not matter if your monitor (attached to your PC) is HDCP compliant or not.

Excellent! When i do the initial cable card setup in my system, will i need to view the streams or anything to verify they are functioning?

If you buy a Ceton InfiniTV, I would recommend installing the drivers and using the InfiniTV diagnostic utility on the PC the card is installed in, then configuring TV on an extender, as you can see it then. I would imagine other products are similar.
