I'm not sure if it pulls them from IMDB or not but If you use Media Center Master and Media Browser I think it is possible to set up MCM to pull down trailers for each movie you have. I believe there is a plug-in for MB that will allow you to view trailers prior to viewing the actual movie.
I haven't tried this yet but I have noticed that it is available.
