You can now watch live tv on Plex using salphonso's plugin channel: wmc2Plex and ServerWMC. It works with DLNA tuners like the HomeRun.
Its still in the alpha state and it doesnt look all that pretty right now, but the basic functionality is there and works better & easier to install than the other Live TV work arounds.
