Remote control problems
Running Windows 8.1 , the skip forward, reverse and stop button stopped working. I have two different remotes, I reinstalled Windows again, same issue. Any ideas?

I lost channel selection and volume with universal remote that worked previously. I can change channels with mouse and the keyboard though. Very puzzled. Good luck.

Usually caused by Chrome or iTunes running in the background. Uncheck the setting in Chrome.
