Everything looks good - but no video

I purchased a second PCIe 6 recently and am having a strange issue getting it up and running.

Picked up a second CableCARD from TWC and got it activated. All looks good in the Conditional Access screen - in the Ceton diagnostic tool I test channels and get all green check marks - cleared and rediscovered tuners - re-ran the WMC TV wizard - test a channel and get weak signal / no signal error.

I look in the tuner Web page and signal / SNR is great! Tuner is locked and successful.

What am I doing wrong?

I think there are 2 kinds of signals. 1 is your coax signal that you have checked all ready. 2 is the network signal. Did you assign different IP's to the 2 tuners?

Well I'm only testing the new one in my existing working system to make sure it works by itself.

It's working now. I put my old tuning adapter with the new CableCARD / tuner card and it fired right up. So I'll exchange the other TA tomorrow. The biggest challenge is getting a good CableCARD and it appears this is a good one.
