Reboot from remote control

So i have the sleep and wake working fine from my harmony remote using the native IR codes.

I have also looking into the native media remapping tool (which only has shutdown as an option)

I am trying to figure out how to setup a softbutton on my remote on how to reboot the htpc, not just the media center application.

Has anyone achieved this before?

(the reason i am trying to do this is sometimes the machine comes out of sleep to just a black screen with mouse cursor and i can't do anything but reboot)
