This is really a Windows networking issue / question but it's due to my InfiniTV 6 PCIe network bridge. I have everything setup on my server and client PC with my card bridged and all is well, however Windows resolves my server's computer name, the one with the InfiniTV 6 installed and bridged, to the InfiniTV static IP and not the static IP of the network bridge that I have set. If I access the static IP of the network bridge everything works as it is supposed to, but I'd like my computer name listed on the network to actually point to this as well.
I've tried modifying the hosts file and it inexplicably hasn't worked. I wonder if this would be more of a router setting / issue. Any ideas?

Try removing all network protocols from the InfiniTV interface except the bridge.

Do I have to unbridge it, remove all the protocols, and then re-bridge it?

Sorry, I guess I'm not really sure I understand how to do this.
