Switched Digital Channels Keep Droping Video Feed

I recently moved to a new locationa about 3 miles from my previous house. Same setup as below, however... my switched HD diginal channels are losing video signal sporadically? The non-switched HD channels as well as DVD/Blu-Rays are playing fine which tells me that it's not an HDMI issue. I haved swaped out the Tuning Adapter as well as a new Cable Card and still no luck. Same equipment before with the exception of new SONY projector.

- Time Warner Cable.
- Monueal Windows PC Media Center running Windows 7
- Onkyo Receiver (Audio is fine and doesn't drop thru Optical Feed)
- SONY Projector (Sony-VPL-HW40ES) direct HDMI run from WMC.
- ATI TV Wonder Cable Card
- Cisco Tunning Adapter

Any suggestions on how to resolve would be greatly appreciated!!!
