Subscription required - all copy protected channels

Running WMC with Ceton Infinitv 4 PCI on TWC. The only channels I get are those below 100 and showing no copy protection (get all broadcast stations, shopping, and ESPN & nothing else). Channels over 100 with no copy protection show same "Subscription Required" message. The Ceton diagnostic for the CableCARD shows successful tuning for those (even some premiums for which I don't have subscriptions). CableCARD seems properly paired & authorized, cable tech just here & checked signal levels, uninstalled & reinstalled WMC, updated PlayReady successfully, swapped out tuning adapter -- but still no joy.

I doubt it. Have the technician replace the card. Open a ticket with Ceton support too.

OK. Will swap cards this weekend. Already have a ticket with Ceton. Thanks.

As others have mentioned, this sounds like a CableCARD that is not properly provisioned.
