Looking for a profanity filter for WMC

I've seen hardware profanity filters for TV that work by examining the closed caption signal and muting when appropriate. I'm pretty sure this won't work with WMC, since I suspect the CC signal is simply bundled in with the overall video signal when it goes from WMC to the TV. So I'm hoping to find a software solution that will do something similar as a WMC add on. Anyone know of such a thing?
