Hi all

Anyone have any thoughts or experience with the following. I had a functioning MMC install on the HTPC that had a fresh Windows 8.0 build. Ceton Otay and etc. functioned normally. I did not remove the Ceton services prior to performing the 8.0 to 8.1 upgrade. Now, with 8.1, I am unable to uninstall the 8.0 version, in order to update it with the newer version that "may" work with Win 8.1. Any good tricks to forcing an uninstall?
