Issue with Harmony Ultimate and Xbox Extender

I'm not sure what is wrong. Using a new Harmony Ultimate with an Xbox as an extender. When I'm on the channel guide and hit 4 or 5 (the numeric buttons) they work fine. But if I'm on recorded TV or playing a video clip and hit 4 or 5, it pulls up menus like 5 pulls up the zoom options. The reason I wanted to do it is I always set up a macro to hit a number a few times, then fast forward, so it skips a certain time forward or back. The other number buttons work as numbers everywhere (at least they seem to, I don't think I checked every one), it's just 4 and 5 when playing a clip. Any ideas/thoughts?

Nevermind, now it seems to work. This remote seems to come and go as far as what buttons do what when.
