HBO horizontal pixillation

#1

I recently got HBO service. About every 5-10 minutes I get this horizontal line of pixillation. It happens on any of the HBO channels. This problem does not show up on my other non pay channels.

I've seen it on HBO HD, not quite every 5-10 minutes, more like 15-30 minutes... Think I read somewhere here that it might be because of encryption/copy flag???

Is it on the HTPC or extender(s)?
What Ceton product?
What firmware on the Ceton?
What cable provider?
PC hardware/software/drivers/etc/etc?
Tuner signal levels?

Is it a line that looks like this? Most people call it macroblocking, and I get that same thing now and then, sometimes like every 10 to 15 minutes. It only happens on SDV channels for me.
