Cdata service install problem

I have one Win7 64 machine that the installer won't install Cdata service and the install fails???? I've rebooted, closed MC, disabled antivirus, stumped :crazy:

Try installing the MMC services as a different user (with admin privileges).

What does it say? Do have SP1 installed? .net 4.0 Full installed?
