I have 3 recording for tonight at 10 pm and all 3 are showing they are scheduled for 10:01 pm. My global settings are set to start 10 minutes before and all 3 series are set to stop 10 minutes after (not when possible). Any ideas on why these are set 1 minute late? I have a feeling they aren't going to record properly as is.
Scheduled recorded set 1 minute late

Yeah I can't find any settings that cause that to change in any way. Oh well. I hope you're right!Shackleford wrote:The broadcast schedule does this often, its nothing to worry about.

The 3 programs you listed are actually scheduled to start 1 minute after the hour. They will be 59 minute programs.

Yeah that was the issue. They should have started at 9:50 and ended at 11:10. They ended up starting at 9:56 and ending at 11:09. So if I didn't have that 10 minute buffer on both sides I wouldn't have recorded the entire show.Mike88 wrote:The 3 programs you listed are actually scheduled to start 1 minute after the hour. IIRC the default for WMC is starting 2 mins early & stopping 3 mins late. I happened to record these same 3 programs with the default settings an got 64 min recordings for each one. 59 +2 +3 =64 mins.itznfb wrote:Yeah that was the issue. If you added 10 mins to each end you should have 59 +10 +10 = 79 mins.
Take a look at this thread on how to see the exact times that your recordings started & ended.
