I recently have been getting quite a few weak tv signal messages and/or stuttering. I do have a splitter in line, but also have an amplifier. My signal level is 1.8 and the SNR is 35.6 on one tuner, which is the only active tuner at the time and is getting the error message and stuttering. Temperature is 45.8. This is from the ceton tuner cards page. CPU usage varied from 14-34%. The OS is on a separate drive and all recordings are on another drive which only has the recordings on it. The drive is a 2TB drive (WD Green) with about 520GB free. Cable company is Comcast.

Is there anything I can do about it? I'm not sure if it is the PC or the cable company.
