New Win7 build - Need help with a few issues Please

Hello all, first off fantastic site

I have recently changed my HTPC from Vista to Win7 and have come across a few issues that i am hoping some kind person/s can help me with

1. I have found more times that not when changing channels i will loose audio, i will then have to change to another channel or most times change channels about 5 or 6 times for the audio to come back, i can hear windows sounds the whole time but nothing from the tuner.

2. At the moment my HTPC is on all night so when i goto bed i turn off the plasma and leave the HTPC on, in the morning i turn on the plasma and i get nothing on the screen if i move the mouse i see the mouse pointer and if i do a ctrl,alt,del i can select task manager but nothing comes up.

How can i make sure my video comes back?

3.I tried the MCE Standby Tool the other day and i noticed for some very strange reason after installing it my tuners seems to start breaking up like i was getting low signal, i am using Haupauge 2200 digital tuners
