Building my HTPC - Size of the infiniTV card
i want to use this case: http://www.coolermaster-usa.com/product ... ct_id=3102
for my htpc, based on the info they give on that page, will i be bale to fit the infinity pci-e card in that slot, or will it be too long to fit the case?
or is there not enough info to determine that? . id prefer to get the pci-e over the usb/network version

I just used one of these to build for my sister, should be more than enough room case wise.
Limitations will be with what else gets put in the way...

The InfiniTV PCIe is the exact size of a low-profile PCIe card. As long as your case and motherboard comply with the low-profile (or full-size) PCIe spec, you will be fine.

Might want to double check the specs on that case.
From the pictures, the case uses full height slots like an ATX case.
The configuration is going to depend on the motherboard you use.
Most mini ITX boards I have seen have 1 pci express 16 expansion slot and that is all.
You can put a tuner in that slot if you use onboard video.
If you plan on using a video card, you might consider a USB tuner.
As far as the power supply goes,it uses standard ATX supplies.
You could get a 500 watt pretty cheap and have plenty of overhead.

I used a 450 in a couple of these smaller machines I put together, in case I wanted to add heftier graphics later,
but going small like this you could use 350 or smaller, depending on your hardware's needs. I like having more than enough.
