Return your Echo and buy a Linksys DMA-2100 on e-bay. You can get them for $50-80 each. Then, keep monitoring these forums. When you see people finally saying that Echo's little bugs have been worked out, then buy a new Echo and sell your Linksys.

Just a warning for anyone who purchased from Amazon and might want to use the extended return period. Apparently Ceton never told Amazon about this so it is up to the Amazon Customer Service Rep's discretion whether or not you will be able to return after the standard 30 days (you can't initiate it online so you have to contact Amazon directly). Not much of an extended return policy/guarantee if the retailer isn't in on it too...

For those that purchased Echos within the extended return period from Amazon or NewEgg and wish to return them, the return process should be the same as a normal return. If the CSR is not familiar with this and is refusing the return, please email a PDF of your receipt to info@cetoncorp.com and we will get it sorted out.

Just another warning, Amazon tried to charge me a hefty restocking fee which I am having them refund but you need to be diligent about getting your full refund. It sure would have been nice for Ceton to let Amazon in on their extended return policy...
