UK - TV Tuner Card for SKY

Can anyone recommend a low profile TV Tuner Card for SKY TV in the UK?

My trusty old PC is on its way out (7 years nearly) and I'm looking to purchase a Proliant N40L and stick Windows 7 on it, so would need a low profile card.

Currently I have an old SKY Digital box (not even SKY+) where I connect composite into an old hauppage TV Card. I want to do practically the same but a low profile card.
