I prefer that it just plays instead of showing you the selection because I would be inclined to skip whatever came up if I didn't like it

Seems to me if it is going to be "random movie",then it should
basically be a play all and then shuffle function like in the music library.
That way it would be like having your own local movie channel that plays
until you stop it.
You could always skip one if you don't want to watch it.

So it looks like from the poll what I will do is leave on the "play immediately" option, however in the settings there will be "Random Details" option which you can turn on and it will go to the details page first
