Multiple InfiniTV Devices and HTPC's, and Echo

#1

Finally had some luck with these little guys and my previous whole house setup...

Host PC
1 PCI InfiniTV
1 USB InfiniTV

Both Bridged to the 1Gig Net Card
Assigned 3 Tuners to Host PC
Assigned 2 Tuners to Additional HTPC's

Result: ECHO had very horrible choppy audio on video with Live TV and Recorded TV Perfromance

So lets try this ..

Host PC
1 PCI InfiniTV
1 USB InfiniTV

PCI InfiniTV Bridged to the 1Gig Net Card
Assigned 4 USB InfiniTV Tuners to Host PC (Manually)
Assigned 4 PCI InfiniTV as NetworkTuners (NO HOST PC Assignment, 2 Other HTPC assigned 2 tuners each via network)

Result: ECHO Performance flawless on LIVE TV and Recorded TV
Turned on 4 ECHO devices to LIVE TV and 2 Additional HTPC Computers to LIVE TV at the same time

I am really happy as this was my original intention with these little boxes . They are sitting in 2 Spare rooms , 2 Kids rooms on 32" TV that are 720P only. I am still able to retain an HTPC box in Master Bedroom , and HTPC Box on Projector.
Now I will wait for the 5th ECHO to return from CETON RMA Dept to try out in my Shop

These guys are great for TV and Recorded TV ... but

My Media Browser Library .... trying to decide to see what Ceton is going to do with patches or re-evaluate how i originally encoded my movie collection :wtf:
