Replacement Cable Card Install

I have Comcast and my Cablecard went bad so I needed to replace it. They demanded a tech come to my home but I refused to pay a fee saying "Their equipment went bad." Well after several cards I decided to try something new as they could not be recognized, so i reran Digital Cable Advisor and IT WORKED! I thought others night need to know this. By the way, I originally used the Microsoft key to install my tuner.
