Is there a way to order a replacement Low Profile Adapter for InfinitV?

I bought a new case and now can't find it.

The RMA department handles the replacement part sales so you should hear from them Monday.

Just got an email from them, they are sending one out free of charge.

Now that is customer service, that is why I own a InfiniTV-PCI, InfiniTV-USB and 2 Echo's.
