Acoustic Research 18-Device Touchscreen Universal Remote Control for 34.99 on Woot.com. I haven't used it but it looks decent for a cheap universal remote.

I've been using the AR-RX18G for a couple of years now. It's a pretty decent remote. It does have some quirks, but once you get it setup, you'll be happy with it. Don't expect it to do power state tracking like the Harmony remotes. With some thoughtful setup, you won't need the power state tracking anyway.
