I ordered a third Echo. What's the maximum number I'll be able to connect to my main rig?

It all depends on your host WMC machine, but we have a nice guide:

It mostly comes down to the amount of RAM that you have on your machine.

Does that chart mean that WMC will not allow more than 5 simultaneous extender connections?

Yeah I believe it is a hard coded limit inside of WMC. I am not sure if there is a hack around it.

The paragraphs states that the Advanced Entertainment Pack doubles the 5 extender limit. That would suffice, where do I find it? I googled and came up empty handed.

no more than 5 simultaneous *active* extender connections.

You may set up more than 5 extenders.

Yeah I mean you can setup like 100, but on the 6th connection I believe "COMPUTER SAYS NO"
