Since Ceton Infinitv4 bridges to your network card, is there anything special I have to do to install a new NIC card on my machine.

The infiniTV can be bridged in Windows 7. Is yours?
Are your intentions to bridge to the new NIC?

Need more info of present setup and proposed setup.

Well yes. In my setup it is bridged to my current NIC. I guess it needs to do this to assign tuners over a network. So I want to replace old pci Intel NIC with a new PCIe Intel NIC. I know in the past doing something like this can break the entire setup.

Unbridge first, and set the infini back to defaults, then install the new NIC and create the new bridge.
You will need to re-run tuner setup on all your bridged ends.

How do you unbridge it? I know how to set to factory default.

Right click the bridged network and delete (Control Panel / Network and Internet / Network and Sharing Center / Manage Network Connections).

Because it's the infiniTV, maybe ask Ceton if they have a preferred set of steps to unbridge and re-bridge.
Their InfiniTV app has a reset feature, but I'm unsure as to when the best point in the unbridge procedure to perform that.

Windows can be finicky and you may find yourself in a hole if you do something incorrectly.

[edit]
It appears Ceton did have a Network Tuner Wizard available for download. It now looks like it's part of the new installer.
I would definitely suggest upgrading your Ceton drivers to the latest and using the Network Tuners Feature to perform your changes.-
