How long will the xbox 360 be fresh?

Surface tablet will be involved in whatever rolls out next, so I would say quickly. Holidays 2013 seems about right.

And much of it depends on what Sony does.

I think that a console refresh will be here sooner than you think...particularly if/when the Wii U flies off the shelves.

Edit for add'l conjecture: I think this is the last holiday season for the 360 and PS3. I expect both announcement and availability by next Christmas.
