Use the Harmony set up software and input the HTPC. There are probably custom buttons to set up to make things easier. I'm still waiting on my Rosewill IR dongle

I got the Rosewill one for $15, figure I'll have a backup remote in case the dog gets a hold of my Harmony again

I think you need someone who actually owns a Harmony remote, and has Media Center to chime in... but you should be able to program your Harmony to work with Windows Media Center. I use a competing remote, but mine allows me to input the fact that I'm using a Media Center PC... and it magically programs my remote to do everything that Media Center can do... including many buttons that don't exist on an original Media Center remote.
